Your point about curiosity stood out to me. Some of the most valuable leadership lessons don't come from formal development programs, they come from conversations with people we might otherwise overlook. The leaders who continue to grow are the ones who approach every interaction believing they have something to learn. Titles may open doors, but curiosity opens perspectives, and those perspectives often become better decisions.
